Osteopathic Manual Therapy

It is a manual therapy that uses non invasive techniques with an Osteopathic understanding of anatomy to upbuild the patient’s constitution and vitality so that the body can do what it is designed to do: self heal and self regulate. Treatment focuses on the application of osteopathic principles with an in-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology. We use gentle techniques, including but not limited to myofascial release (MFR), post isometric relaxation (PIR), reciprocal inhibition (RI), compression, traction, and torsion.

Initial Consultation

A thorough consult of your health history to better understand your unique needs and goals. Includes Osteopathic structural assessment and treatment. 

Follow Up Appointment

In Person

30 min – $75

An update to health history, and Osteopathic structural assessment and treatment.

Child Appointment (0-10 yrs)

In Person

30 min – $75

Child’s comfort is prioritized and aimed to make each appointment a positive experience to support their growth and development. Parents must be present.
